Joseph T. Muldowney

Joseph T. Muldowney, 45 of Cicero passed away peacefully Monday June 3,2019 after a lengthy illness at VanDuyn.
He was born in Syracuse, the son of the late Thomas and Betty Karolchuk Muldowney and had been an area life resident. Joe was a very  caring person who had a strong love for his family.  Joe loved  life and people. Some of his many interests were sports , entertainment,  hobbies and travel . Joe lived most of his life with disabilities , however he chose to focus on others- a peaceful soul with a heart of gold. We surely miss our ‘ Bro Joe’, yet celebrate with him that he is once again reunited with our parents and brother Tom, persons he had deeply missed. Love you Joe ! You are still with us in spirit urging us onward towards the goal eternal life in Christ ! 
He is survived by his loving family, sisters Deborah ( Frank) Netti of Auburn, Betty Muldowney Jr., Helen ( August) Russo , Linda Muldowney, all of Syracuse, a brother Robert ( Nadine) Muldowney of WA., nieces Kristina ( Matthew) Bleiler, Elizabeth Smith , nephews John and Joseph Netti , Patrick Skaw, Joseph Warnecke, and grandnephew Thomas Sherman Smith.
In addition to his parents, Joe was predeceased by a brother Thomas Jr.
A calling hour will be this Friday from 9-10 am in Holy Family Church, Auburn with his Mass of Christian burial to immediately follow at 10:00 am in the church , 85 North St. , Auburn. Arrangements by Pettigrass Funeral Home.
