Adrian Marino

It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Adrian Marino, who passed away on July 26, 2026, at the age of 50 in Syracuse, New York.

Adrian was born on December 22, 1975, in Auburn, New York, to Kim Joyner (Marchitello) and Larry Marino. He was raised in Auburn and attended Auburn High School. Adrian went on to build a career in automobile sales, where his outgoing personality, natural charisma, and ability to connect with people helped him build lasting relationships with customers and colleagues alike.

Adrian never met a stranger. His larger-than-life personality, infectious laugh, and quick wit made him the kind of person who could light up any room. He had a gift for making people laugh, striking up conversations with anyone, and leaving others with stories they would tell for years to come. Whether spending time with family, friends, or someone he had just met, Adrian had a way of making people feel welcome and ensuring there was never a dull moment.

Throughout his life, Adrian found joy at the racetrack, where he spent many weekends with his sons Tayvyn and Noah sharing their love of motorsports and creating memories that would be cherished for years to come. He also had a passion for music and enjoyed DJing weddings, parties, and other special events. Whether behind the turntables or out on the dance floor, Adrian brought energy, laughter, and a sense of fun to every gathering, leaving a lasting impression on those who celebrated alongside him.

Adrian is survived by his mother, Kim Joyner (Marchitello); his father, Larry Marino; his sons, Adrian Tayvyn Marino and Noah Adrian Marino; his sisters, Teisha Janee Arnell, Shaqueela Marino, Lakisha Marino, and Danielle Marino; his brothers, Michael Joyner and Lorence Marino, his cousin Mike Pidlypchak; along with many extended family members, dear friends, and everyone fortunate enough to have known him.

He was preceded in death by his beloved  grandfather Vincent Marchitello ,grandmother, Lillie Mae Marino, and his  two aunts Mary Rhodes and Lynn Marchitello.

A funeral service will be held on August 4, 2026, at Apostolic Church of the Lord Christ in Auburn, New York. Calling hours will begin at 10:00 a.m., followed by the funeral service at 11:30 a.m. Burial will take place afterward at Fort Hill Cemetery at 1:00 p.m.

In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that memorial contributions be made to the GoFundMe established in Adrian's memory to assist with final expenses. The family is deeply grateful for the love, prayers, and support shown during this difficult time.

Though Adrian is no longer with us, his laughter, generosity, and unforgettable spirit will continue to live on in the hearts of all who knew and loved him. He will be deeply missed and forever remembered.
