Anthony Andrew McCarthy

Anthony Andrew McCarthy, 39, passed away unexpectedly on June 27th, 2024.

Tony was born on April 24th, 1985, to Sue and Joe McCarthy in Himrod, NY. He graduated from Dundee Central School and St. John Fisher College where he studied accounting.

Tony was predeceased by his brother Joesph McCarthy III, maternal grandfather Donald Fischer, and paternal grandparents Joesph Sr and Mary McCarthy. He is survived by his mother Sue McCarthy, father Joesph McCarthy Jr, brother Adam McCarthy (Ashleigh), nephew Cameron, maternal grandmother Beatrice Fischer, as well as many aunts, uncles and cousins.

Growing up, Tony was a happy kid with a big heart and a contagious smile. He struggled with mental health and addiction in his adult years, and we pray that he is now at peace.
