Barbara J. (Mancini) Talbot

Barbara J. (Mancini) Talbot, 73 of Auburn, passed away peacefully, Thursday, September 12,2024 at her home, after a long and hard-fought battle with cancer.

  She was a life resident of Auburn, the daughter of the late, Michael and Matilda (Cirillo) Mancini. Barb was a graduate of Mount Carmel's High School class of 1968, which was their last class to graduate there before closing the high school. Barbara worked various jobs during her life but was most proud and happy to be a longtime bus driver for the Auburn Enlarged City School District.  

  In her spare time, Barb enjoyed sewing, gardening, cooking, playing bridge, and spending time outdoors. She also was an avid animal lover, especially with a fondness to dogs.  She will be sadly missed by her many family and friends.

  She is survived by three loving sons, Stephen Talbot, William (Tracy) Talbot, Michael (Sally) Talbot, six grandchildren, Stephen, Cody, Joseph, Samantha, Angelo and Siena, five great-grandchildren, Colin, Wyatt, Josh, Jake and Kylie, three siblings, Mary Ann Haberlau, Michael Mancini, Nancy Mancini, as well as several nieces, nephews and cousins.

  In addition to her parents, Barb was also predeceased by her husband William, a sister Mickie (Dwello) Mancini and brother David Mancini.
