Charles R. Brown

Charles R. Brown , 89 passed away peacefully December 31,2025 at The Commons on Saint Anthony. Life long resident of Conquest.

  He was born in Auburn the son of the late Russell and Anna (Knapp) Brown. Charlie previously worked for TRW, the Fingerlakes Mall and retired from General Products after many years as their supervisor in the maintenance department. He enjoyed farming, caring for his vegetable garden and was a very talented and skilled woodworker.

  He is survived by his children, Charles R. Brown Jr., Katherine Duncan, Janine Aleong, Glenn Brown, Michelle Leiterman, stepson Kenneth Roberts, grandchildren Crystal Casserly, Elizabeth Brown, Richard Brown Jr., Bradley Roberts, Kristin Roberts-Lee and more, many great-grandchildren as well as nieces, nephews and cousins.

  In addition to his parents, Charlie was also predeceased by his wife of 34 years, Marlene Brown, son Richard Brown, sister Norma Swiestra, brother Warren Brown and son-in-law Ronald Leiterman.
