Damien R. Walter

Damien Robert Walter, 50 of Auburn passed away Friday December 27, 2024 at Crouse Hospital in Syracuse.

  He was a life resident of the Auburn area, the son of Robert and Karen (Russell) Walter. Damien currently was working as a caregiver and also had a few side employments, including lawn care and animal sitting. He enjoyed gardening and dabbled in jewelry making, often helping his professional instructor, S J Moore in Skaneateles. Damien also had a fondness for exotic animals, including his two pet rats. 

  He is survived by his loving mother Karen Walter and her fiance Steven J Moore, close companion Georgia Waldron, grandmother Betty Walowsky, daughter Chelsi Linn Janes, two siblings, Francine Muldoon, Stephen J. Walter as well as several nieces, nephews and cousins.

  Calling hours are January 11th, celebrating the life of Damien , from 2 to 4 pm in Auburn United Methodist Church.
