David J. Mansell

David J. Mansell, 61 of Seneca Falls passed away peacefully in the comfort of his family's home on November 3, 2024.

    He was born in Seneca Falls, the son of the late Robert and Mary (Amidon) Mansell and had been an area life resident. Dave was a longtime chef, working at various local establishments, including the Deerhead Inn in Seneca Falls and more recently, the Hilton Garden Inn in Auburn.  He was an avid outdoorsman, who loved to fish, motorcross and ride dirt bikes. He will be sadly missed by all who were fortunate enough to get to know this special man.

  He is survived by his loving children, Deborah (Justin) Overstreet, Jamie, Shawn and Gregory Mansell, eleven grandchildren, Treyvon, Makayla and D'Andre Overstreet, Tyinel Thomas, Mya Bright, Jeremiah Charles, Mahala Breezee, Brielle Mansell, Elijah Bell, Avianna Mansell, Serenity Mansell and soon to be twelfth grandchild Cade Mansell, two great-grandchildren, Makari Overstreet, Khyree Mikell, three brothers, Scott (Rebecca) Mansell, Robert Mansell, Mark Mansell (Cindy), the mother of his children, Constance Mansell as well as several nieces,nephews and cousins.
