David H. Sydney

David H. Sydney, 78 of Jordan, passed away Sunday evening , June 29,2025 at The Commons on Saint Anthony.

  He was born in Syracuse,NY the son of the late Harry and Edith (Kingsley) Sydney and had been a lifelong area resident. Dave worked for several years at Pinnacle Employee Services in Syracuse . He was a member of the United Methodist Church in Jordan. Dave was an avid New York Yankees and Syracuse University sports fan.  He enjoyed socializing and interacting with all ages. A ‘true’ people’s person.

  He is survived by his stepbrother Kenneth (Lorna) Park of Horseheads, two nieces, Stephanie (Chad) Bigelow, Kristen Park, a stepsister Eileen Stevens.

  In addition to his parents, Dave was also predeceased by stepparents Kenneth and Mary Park.
