Frederick M. Stott Jr., 86 of Owasco, NY passed peacefully in the comfort of his home, surrounded by his loving family on Tuesday, July 8, 2025.
He was born in Syracuse the son of the late, Frederick M. and Arvilla (Ellis) Stott Sr. and was a resident of both Florida and New York state. Fred was a very hard working, dedicated and successful entrepreneur, prospering several local business's in the area. Palmer Chevrolet, Kimmer Corp., RDDQ and was a longtime fixture at the NYS Fair, where he operated the Trackside Restaurant.
Fred was an avid outdoorsman, who enjoyed hunting, boating and snowmobiling, especially with his brothers. He had a passion for speed, whether it was his fast cars or holding the quickest record down Owasco Lake in his boat, you could say he was a highly competitive, adrenaline junkie! He also enjoyed NASCAR and was an avid reader. Fred cherished and loved his family and he will be sadly missed by all of them.

A private service and burial will be held at the convenience of the family. A celebration of Fred‘s life will be held for family and friends at a later date and time that will be announced.
