Jared C. Giannone

Jared C. Giannone, 37, of Auburn passed away on Sunday, August 4th, 2024.
Jared was a lifelong resident of Auburn, the cherished son of LuAnn (Holmes) Giannone and the late Richard “Dick” Giannone. He graduated from Auburn High School in the class of 2005, and later from SUNY ESF Wanakena Ranger School. Jared was currently employed as a Journeyman Lineman for IBEW 1249 Syracuse, working with Richardson and Sons.
Jared was an avid outdoorsman and embraced life fully. He found joy in fishing, hunting, and spending time at the family camp with loved ones. He also enjoyed boating, four-wheeling, snowboarding out West, and ice fishing. His love for nature extended to animals, and he was a devoted pet owner. Above all, Jared treasured the time spent with his daughter and best friend, Isabella, with whom he shared many of his passions. Jared had a contagious smile that lit up the room with a personality to match. He was kind and generous, always offering a helping hand and will be missed by all.
Jared is survived by his beloved daughter Isabella, his mother LuAnn Holmes Giannone; his brothers, Richard (Cara), Michael (Jennifer), Daniel (Jill), his girlfriend Jocelyn, his niece Mikaela, nephews Justin (Korissa), Jaxson, Niko; great nephew Lincoln; Caitlin, the mother of his daughter; close family friend Bernard Marino, numerous friends, and his beloved dog, Lola.
He was predeceased by his father, Richard “Dick” Giannone and his canine companion, Blue.
Calling hours will be held on Monday, August 12th, 2024 from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.,with services to immediately follow, officiated by Rev. Louis Vasile.
