Lori Ann (Decker) Kreydatus

Lori Ann ( Decker) Kreydatus, 50 of King Ferry, passed away peacefully in the comfort of her home after an extended illness on April 20,2024.
She was born in Auburn the daughter of John and Nancy ( Dudley) Decker and had been an area life resident. Lori graduated from Port Byron High School, Class of 1991. Lori worked most of her life in day care helping children and often called them ‘ her littles’ . Lori also loved reading, sewing, cooking and traveling with her family. She enjoyed collecting many different rocks and seashells along these trips. Lori also cherished the many special gatherings with her family and especially the Thanksgiving traditions. She will be sadly missed.
 She is survived by her loving husband, David Kreydatus of 31 years, her parents John and Nancy Decker, six children, Alexis (Matthew) Crawford, Jessica (Steven) Walter, Jason Kreydatus , Aimee Kreydatus (Dillon Peck), Elisabeth Kreydatus (Hunter Freary), John Kreydatus, five beloved grandchildren, Clayton and Richard Walter, Colton and Anna Crawford, Rosie Peck, two siblings, Michael ( Tasina) Decker, David Decker, sister-in-law Shannon Pasternak, brother-in-law Joseph Kreydatus (Mark Gallagher), father-in-law David and stepmom Donna, mother-in-law Sarah Brann as well as several nieces, nephews and cousins.

Calling hours are this Saturday, May 4th from 1:00 pm until 2:30 pm, with services to immediately follow at 2:30 pm, all inside of Pettigrass Funeral Home, 196 Genesee St.,Auburn,NY 13021.
