Marchell ‘Chelly’ Teodecki

Marchell Teodecki passed away peacefully on Saturday, February 14, 2026 at the Commons at Saint Anthony in Auburn, New York.  
 Chelly was born in Detroit, Michigan and moved with her family to Auburn, New York in 1967.  She attended St. Mary’s Catholic Church where she was a long-time member of the choir.  She taught grade school at St. Mary’s School for many years and at Neighborhood House where she created their first library.  

  She is survived by one brother, Michael Teodecki (Nancy), of Auburn, NY and three sisters, Tracey Teodecki of Madison, Wisconsin, Julie Outcalt (Skip) of Saranac Lake, NY and Sandy Romey of Éau Claire, Wisconsin.  
  She was pre-deceased by her parents Genevieve and Walter Teodecki.
   A Memorial Service will be held at a later date.
