Michele Vinal Obituary

In loving memory of Michele A. Vinal, 68, of Owasco, who peacefully passed away on Saturday, May 13th, at the Commons on St. Anthony. Michele was born in Syracuse, the cherished daughter of the late Loren Vinal and Marion Vinal (Schultz).

Michele's journey was marked by an unwavering commitment to political activism, which she embraced from her teenage years in high school. Her passion for advocating change resonated throughout her life, leaving an indelible mark on those who knew her.

In addition to her activism, Michele possessed a remarkable talent for creating art. Her artistry was a source of inspiration to many, a reflection of her unique perspective on life.

Michele's love extended beyond her pursuits in activism and art. She found joy in nurturing her family, embracing the roles of a devoted mother and caregiver. Her love for cooking brought warmth and comfort to those fortunate enough to taste her culinary creations.

She leaves behind a legacy of love and cherished memories, forever remembered by her two adoring sons, Michael Cases-Vinal and Jarred Vinal, her sister Karen Schultze, and brother Robert Vinal (Susan). She will also be dearly missed by her companion of 26 years, Michael Brady, who shared in her passions and supported her unwaveringly. Michele's memory lives on in the hearts of several nieces, nephews, cousins, and a wide circle of friends.

She was predeceased by her beloved brother Larry Vinal and Charles (Charlie) Vinal. At this time, there are no scheduled services to allow loved ones to privately grieve and remember Michele in their own way.

In honoring Michele's final wishes, we embrace the utmost compassion and respect. Her ashes will be lovingly released in the serene embrace of the Adirondacks, a place that held a special significance in her heart. May her essence become one with the peaceful surroundings she cherished, forever connected to the beauty she found solace in.

Michele will be deeply missed, but her legacy of passion, creativity, and love will continue to inspire us all.
