Patricia Elaine (Pfeiffer) Morrissette

Patricia Elaine (Pfeiffer) Morrissette, 58 of Jordan passed away unexpectedly, in her sleep, Saturday afternoon, October 21, 2023.

  She was born in Auburn, the daughter of the late Donald and Virginia (Furbeck) Pfeiffer and resided most of her life in the Jordan, New York area.  Patty as she was affectionately known by her family and friends attended Jordan-Elbridge High School and later worked for more than 18 years at Tessy Plastics. She enjoyed the simpler things in life, like playing Yahtzee or various board games with her children and friends. She will be sadly missed.

   Patty is survived by her loving companion, Leonard 'Lenny' Darby, her three children, Suanna (Chad) Wilson, Josh Morrissette (Danielle), Liana Gibbs (Brent), nine  grandchildren, Domanick, Matthew, Andrew, Bailey, Adam, Cassandra, Emma, Brayden, Asher, a great-grandson Nathan, three siblings, Debra Tokarz, William Pfeiffer, Steven Pfeiffer, the father of her first two children, Jay Morrissette, several nieces, nephews, cousins and her beloved feline companion, Kitty.

   In addition to her parents, Patty was also predeceased by a sister Catherine Pfeiffer and brother Donald Pfeiffer.

   Calling hours are this Saturday, October 28, 2023, from 11:00 am until 1:00 pm, with a brief service to follow at 1:00 pm, all inside of Pettigrass Funeral Home, 196 Genesee St., Auburn. Burial will follow in Maple Grove Cemetery in Jordan.

   In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Patty's memory to Cayuga County Mental Health.
