Paul Ray Romero

Paul Ray Romero, 62 of Elbridge, passed away unexpectedly, April 27,2021 at his home.
He was born in Lake Charles, Louisiana the son of the late Raymond and Mary ( Dugas) Romero. Paul worked most of his life in construction and more recently was helping his children in various capacities. Paul was an avid LSU and New Orleans Saints sports fan . Paul enjoyed being around people and truly loved all the conversations with each and every one of them. He will be sadly missed .
He is survived by his loving children, John ( Heather) Romero, Rob Romero, Mary Romero, C.J. Sawyer, four grandchildren, Brendon, Brody, Carter, Colton, two brothers Ralph and Wayne Romero as well as several cousins, nieces and nephews.
In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by his wife Kelly Lucas.
Friends are invited to join the family  from 3:00- 4:00 pm this Sunday in Pettigrass Funeral Home,196 Genesee St. A memorial service will immediately follow at 4 pm in the funeral home.
