Ronald James Faulk (also known as Buster) was born on August 15, 1965, in Brooklyn, NY, the son of Brenda Faulk and Ocie “Blue Sky” Mitchell. He grew up around many doting family members on 610 Hegeman Avenue in Brooklyn, NY. and later moved to Auburn, NY where he spent half of his life.
Ronald was a man of many talents: a skilled musician, creative writer and innovative comedian. Having graduated from Cayuga Community College with a degree in Telecommunications, he specialized in screen writing for motion picture movies and wrote a few screenplays. As a musician, he played keyboard, produced audio and wrote songs for Conceive, Believe, Achieve (CBA Productions) which was his lifelong slogan. As a comedian he performed in numerous places between NYC and Auburn.
Ronald James Charles Faulk, passed away peacefully with his loving mother at his side on Sunday, January 14, 2024.
He is predeceased by his father Ocie (Mitchell); his grandmother Irene (Marshall); his grandfather James Charles “JC” (Faulk): and his granddaughter Elyanna (Faulk).
He is survived by his wife Gail (Moultrie) Faulk,;his mother Brenda Faulk,;his children Michael (Moultrie), Michelle, Myrene, Mitchell, seven grandchildren: Mi’Lordess, Ja’Heart, Jazmine, Genevieve, Heaven, Nevaeh and Levi, as well as a host of numerous family and friends.
Ronald left us way too soon but will live forever in our hearts.
The family will greet any friends or relatives prior to the services, this Saturday, January 27th from 10:00 am until 11:00 am, with a service to follow at 11:00 am, all inside of Pettigrass Funeral Home, 196 Genesee St.,Auburn.
