Ronald J. Gasparro, 82 of Auburn passed away peacefully early Monday morning, August 11, 2025 at SUNY Upstate Hospital in Syracuse, with his loving family at his side.

He retired from New Process Gear in Syracuse after over 30 years of service. Ron was a parishioner of St. Hyacinth’s Church and cherished all the special times with his family. He also enjoyed a more than occasional trip to one of our local casinos.
He is survived by his loving wife with whom he hit the ‘jackpot’ of more than 60 years, Agnes ‘Angie’ Gasparro, daughter Nicole Napoli and her husband Thomas all of Auburn, sister-in-law Carol Jasniewski and her husband Phil, as well as a niece, nephews, many cousins and friends.
A calling hour will be held next Tuesday, August 19th in St. Hyacinth’s Church from 11:30 am to 12:45 pm with his Mass of Christian burial to follow at 1:00 pm. Entombment will follow in St. Joseph’s Mausoleum.
