Sarah E. Gibbous

Sarah E. Gibbous,82 of Auburn passed away peacefully Friday , January 17, 2025 at The Commons on Saint Anthony.
  She was born in Horseheads, NY and has resided in Cayuga County since the late 1950’s. Sarah previously worked for General Electric, General Products, Singer and more recently at TRW in Union Springs. She had several hobbies, including sewing, knitting and cooking  but her favorite pastime was loving and caring for her family. Sarah cherished and adored each and every grandchild and will be sadly missed by all of them.
  She is survived by her children, Tammie (Bruce) Jayne, Kim Moon, Rene Smith, Kennard Walter, nine grandchildren, Richard (Tamara) Hahn, Kansas Hahn Robson, Sarah (Ryan) Hahn Jackson, RJ Moon, Troy Smith, Selestra Smith, Syerra (Alex) Taylor, KJ Walter, Jeanette (Steve) Mahunik, many great-grandchildren as well as several nieces, nephews and cousins.
  She is predeceased by her parents Glenn and Harriet (Beman) Gibbous, the father of her children Kennard Walter, two sisters, Florence Cook, Dorothy Raymond and nephew Stephen Cook.
  There are no services as were Sarah’s wishes.
