Shane E. Wilkinson, 46 of Auburn passed away unexpectedly October 24,2024.
 He was born in Cortland, NY the son of Debra Wilkinson and David Bell. Shane was raised in Moravia and lived most of his adult life in Auburn. Shane was a very skilled mechanic and avid outdoorsman. He was an avid Pittsburgh Steelers football fan and enjoyed following NASCAR. Shane also loved listening to music, especially rock. Shane loved adventure and was always looking for something to receive a ‘thrill’ with.
 He is survived by his mother Debra and Christopher Nares who helped raise Shane, his father Dave (Michelle) Bell, children, Myranda (Gerry) Thibault, Ryanne (Andy) Shenk, Tyler Wilkinson, Gage Benson, Ethan Caputa, Aiden Caputa, Caleb Wilkinson, Cassandra Wilkinson, five grandchildren, Ariya, Alayna, Hunter, Alivia, Avery, siblings , Teshia (Bob) Richards, Misty (Jon) Sherman, Jessica (John) Garrow, Nickia Peck, Patrick Sweeting, Jennifer (Ken) Sharpsteen, Kristina (Matt) Bell-Rejman, Kimberly Bell, companion Cynthia Jedra, as well as numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
 Calling hours are this Saturday from 4 till 6 pm in Pettigrass Funeral Home, 196 Genesee St., Auburn.
