Suzanne May Ferris

Suzanne May Ferris, 67 of Auburn, passed away in the comfort of her home, with her loving family at her side on January 13, 2025.
 She was born in Auburn the daughter of the late Andrew and Suzanne (Johnson) Murphy and resided most of her life in the area. Sue retired from Cayuga Lake National Bank in Union Springs after many years of service.  She enjoyed camping, crafts, crocheting, dancing, singing and especially doing karaoke.  Sue cherished all the special times she was able to have with her family and friends over the years and will be greatly missed. 
 She is survived by her loving husband of almost 44 years, Kenneth Ferris, four children, Kenneth M.  ( Tami) Ferris II, Heather (Michael) Titman, Rachel (Brian) Brown, Rebecca (Jesse) Lapoint, grandchildren, Caleb, Zach(Bri), Kenneth III, Abigail, Andrew, Aaron, Ashlee, Taylor, Hailey, Bryce, Natalie, Victoria, Ryker, Elliana, Anastasia, three great- grandchildren , Archer, Jordan, Braelynn and soon to be fourth great- grandchild, Dalton , a sister Debra (Dave) Howansky, as well as several nieces, nephews, cousins, and feline friends Precious and Pumpkin .
 In addition to her parents, she was also predeceased by a sister Jean Baker and two nieces, Darlene and Kelly and her beloved animals, canine friend Prancer and feline companion Peaches.
 A graveside service will be held this Friday, January 17th at 2:00 pm in St. Joseph’s Cemetery (enter gate 5 on Sand Beach Rd., turn right and head up the hill to the grave, near the infant section of the cemetery)
