Vincent D. Tassone Sr.

Vincent D. Tassone Sr., 72 of Auburn, passed away unexpectedly on December 31, 2024.
Vincent (Vince) was born in Syracuse, NY, the son of the late Guerino and Helen (Paoletti) Tassone, and lived most of his life in the Auburn area.
Vince co-owned the Westside Bakery with his wife in their early years together, and later worked as a baker at the former Big M Supermarket. More recently he built and repaired computers. Vince was skilled at many different things and was known as a "jack of all trades." He built and repaired many different types of furniture, and loved flying radio controlled planes and drones. Vince enjoyed the outdoors and was an avid hunter.
Vince is survived by five children, Brandi Tassone, Tori (Richard) Rowland, Vincent Jr. Tassone, Holli Tassone, and Jessica Tassone, grandchildren, Grayson Norris, Gavyn, Aidan, Liam, and Henry Rowland, Samuel Tassone, Josephine Frizzell, Olivia Panchyshyn, two siblings, Steven (Sharle) Tassone, Sharon (Richard) Tassone-Sanchez as well as several nieces, nephews and cousins.
At the time of Vince's passing, his wife passed as well. In addition to his parents, he was predeceased in death by a son, William Tassone.

Please join us as we gather in a celebration of life for Vince and Nancy Tassone. Though our hearts may be heavy, let us come together to cherish the memories we shared, and find some peace in the love and support of one another. We hope you can join us on Saturday, March 8 at Ann’s Family restaurant located on 99 Grant Ave, Auburn NY. We will host immediate family (Aunts, Uncles, cousins etc.) from 3-4pm and all friends and family from 4-7pm. A light dinner and assortment of desserts will be served as we share our favorite uplifting stories and pictures. ❤️
